大河精细公司人才流失关键因素的研究.pdf

中文摘要 二十一世纪，是知识经济大爆炸的时代，人作为主要生产力的重要性愈发显 现，上至国家的进步下至企业的发展，说到底就是人和人的竞争。随着中国经济 开放和的全球一体化的经济发展，国内中小型非公有企业开始蓬勃发展，已经在 国民经济中占据了大部分份额，很大程度上缓解了了大多数人口就业的问题。但 是带来了另一个显著的事实，民企的人才高流动率问题。 本文在对国内外人才流失相关问题的研究及相关理论进行综述的基础上，对 人才及人才流失进行了界定。并以大河精细公司为例，对大河精细人力资源管理 和人才流失问题进行了研究，通过研究发现，造成大河精细人才流失的原因是多 重因素共同作用的结果。论文对造成大河精细人才流失的六大方面的关键因素进 行了剖析，这六个方面的关键因素分别是：生存环境、招聘和培训制度、全员绩 效考核体系、薪酬激励体系、企业文化以及人才的个人因素。最后论文针对大河 精细人才流失面临的问题，有针对性的提出了解决其人才流失的措施建议：重新 审视并制定长远的人力资源发展规划，进一步完善人力资源管理体系和培育和塑 造人本主义的企业文化。 关键词：大河精细；人才流失；人力资源管理；全员绩效考核体系；薪酬激励体 系 ABSTRACT Into the 21st century, with the advent of global economic integration is a knowledge-based economy era of the big bang, as a major talent increasingly significant highlights the importance of productivity significantly, whether it is up to the countrys progress and development next to or between enterprises the development of competition in the final analysis, in the final analysis is the human talent competition. This Paper analysizes six main reasons for causing brain drain in the Dahe Fine chemicals Ltd. These six reasons are: living environment, recruitme
