摘 要 房屋建筑工程与人们的生产生活密切相关，工程质量的好坏不仅关系到项目 投资能否成功，更为重要的是，建成后的项目直接参与到人们的日常生产和生活 中，关系到国家和人民的生命、财产安全。施工阶段质量控制是工程项目全过程 质量控制的关键环节，施工阶段质量管理是否有效，关系到整个工程项目的最终 质量能否达到国家规范和业主的要求，影响到整个工程项目的顺利完成和成本控 制。因此，必须重视和加强施工阶段质量管理工作，工程质量很大程度上决定于 施工阶段质量控制。其中心任务是通过建立健全有效的质量监督工作体系来确保 工程质量达到合同规定的标准和要求。 本文在研究建设工程质量控制基本方法和理论的基础上，结合工程实例对质 量控制问题进行了探讨。首先，介绍了国内外质量管理的发展现状，对质量控制 的基本概念、基本理论进行了论证和分析；其次从项目管理、工程施工、质量检 测等方面论述了质量控制的要点，并结合工程实例（融侨住宅楼项目）对全面质 量控制的方法和程序进行探讨，从而验证了前述质量管理模式对工程质量控制的 效果；最后，得出本文结论，并提出了加强制度建设，加强内部监督，开展项目 评估等对策建议。 关键词：施工质量，控制内容，控制方法，房屋建筑工程，质量控制体系 I ABSTRACT Since there is a close relation between peoples daily life and house-building project, the quality of the project directly determines success or failure of the investment.
