中小企业财务战略优化研究 摘 要 中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,对推进我国城镇化建设、增强区域竞争能力和创造就业机会等方面发挥了重要作用。但是随着我国市场经济体制改革的深化,中小企业缺乏财务战略管理的问题日益突出。本文首先概述了中小企业的财务战略，然后对现状进行了描述，接着分别从融资战略、投资战略和分配战略分析了企业本身存在的问题，主要有融资管道单一，投资缺乏整体战略，不重视研发投入，工资管理工作薄弱等，其原因在于融资体系不完善，投资缺乏可行性研究，分配制度不合理等。最后提出了财务战略的优化策略，主要有融资中提高信用等级，提高自身融资能力，投资中加强市场调查，选择合适的投资方式，分配中建立完善的工资制度等。 关键词：竞争力 财务战略 优化 ABSTRACT SME is an important part of our national economy, promoting the urbanization of our country, to enhance regional competitiveness and creating jobs, and played an important role, but with the deepening of Chinas market economy reform, SME lack financial strategy management the problems have become increasingly prominent.
