Marx thought, the production mode is the basis of the social existence, and the production mode of fishing village is the basis of the fishing village of social existence, and it is the foundation of Marine culture. Therefore, the study of small-scale fishery production mode is helpful to keep the traditional mode of production and maintain the diversity of Marine culture.
