IDEAL in the clinical application of abdominal in the Diagnosis of Lipid-containing Lesions in Abdomen Speciality: Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Tutor: Prof. Gan Jie Author: Wang Linlin Abstract Objective: Through the analysis of abdominal fat - containing lesions of the five image sequences , Evaluation IDEAL sequence that abdominal fat - containing lesions diagnosis and clinical application value pare IDEAL sequence and SPECIAL sequence, STIR sequence, CHESS sequence, Dual sequences In SNR, CNR,.adipose tissue signal uniformity and diagnosis accuracy aspects.Methods: 60 cases of abdominal fat - containing lesions are all to do 1.5 T magnetic resonance IDEAL sequence, SPECIAL sequence, STIR sequence, CHESS sequences and Dual sequence, compare the obtained image . Finally, the data were statistically analyzed.Results: ① IDEAL group and SPECIAL group ,STIR group, CHESS group, SPECIAL group, Dual group, there was significant difference in SNR. ② IDEAL group and SPECIAL group, STIR group, CHESS group, SPECIAL group, Dual group, there was significant difference in CNR. ③ IDEAL group and SPECIAL group, STIR group, CHESS group, SPECIAL group, Dual group, there was significant difference in adipose tissue signal uniformity. ④ IDEAL group and SPECIAL group, STIR group, CHESS group, SPECIAL group, there was significant difference in diagnosis accuracy.Conclusion: ① IDEAL group than SPECIAL group , CHESS group , STIR group , Dual group have high SNR.CNR and adipose tissue signal uniformity.IDEAL sequence image quality is the best. ② IDEAL group than SPECIAL group , CHESS group , STIR group
