Provide the basis for clinical research. Methods: Methods: MMeetthhooddss:: From september 2008 to december 2011,30 patients of femoral nonunion treament with LCP and the Judet grafting method by Shandong University of TCM Affilliated Hospital.There were 24 cases male and 6 cases female aging from 21 to 65(mean39.20±10.06). There were two kinds patients of femoral nonunion ,including 17 cases of hyperplasia and 13 atrophia.All cases were treated by removing previous internal fixation instruments and locking compression plate was used to remain bone fracture.At the meantime，the opulent autogenerous cancellous was grafted at the location of nonunion with the Judet grafting method,The outeome of the treatment was assessed by X-ray.All the 30 patients were available for folow-up after the second operation from 6 to 20 months.Primary healing of surgical wounds was observed in all cases ,they were healed after the reoperation,th
