W hen learners need express op in ion s in E nglish, anx iety m ay occur. T h is is a feeling of peoples attitude tow ards objects. It not only affects students learn ing results and personality cu ltivation, also influ ences th e developm ent of th e classroom interaction betw een teach ers and students. T herefore, an analysis of anx iety m ood in senior h igh school E ng lish classroom can stim u late students outpu t interest, and still cu ltivate students speaking ab ility and hab it actively. R ecent years, a great num b er of researches on the relationship betw een E nglish language anxiety and language learning both at abroad and at hom e. B ased on th e theories of K rash en s affectiv e filter hypothesis and h is com prehensib le input hypoth esis and Sw ain s com prehensib le output hypothesis, th is paper analyzes senior high school students anx iety situations, reason s, and experienced teachers effective teach ing m ethods and then th e author puts forw ard som e instructive su ggestion s on how to relieve stu dents anx iety in E nglish class.
