LANZHOU UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY 毕业设计(论文) 题 目 车 间 IE 改 善 学生姓名 曹丽兰 学 号 专业班级 工业工程1班 指导教师 剡昌锋 吴黎晓 学 院 机电工程学院 答辩日期 2012年6月11日 摘要 在对中联重科的调查分析中，现各车间虽然较为完善但仍存在较多问题，车间内的作业环境以及作业规范流程等存在不合理，为解决这些问题，本文主要研究了IE改善手法对各车间的现状进行的改善。通过对收集的原始数据进行仔细分析后，制定了有针对性的措施，充分将IE改善手法运用到各车间的改善运动中。 本文在进行车间IE改善方法的研究中，首先就车间现状进行了分析，根据对原始数据的分析，应用不同的IE改善手法制定出有针对性的改善措施，其中运用的改善方法包括：5S现场管理、作业分析以及系统布置设计（SLP）方法等。通过对车间现状的分析，阐明了车间现场改善的重要性，并强调了改善的含义。然后针对车间出现的各类问题，应用不同的改善方法进行有目的的改善，重点分析了车间设施规划与布置的方法，并对中联重科泵车生产线进行了改善。运用IE改善手法进行生产线改善，提高了生产效率，缩短了生产节拍，减少了劳动力的浪费，节约了生产成本。最后总结了现场改善方法的意义，阐述并研究了工业工程（IE）方法的概念、过程以及实施步骤。 关键词：车间改善，IE改善手法，车间物料搬运，作业分析，系统布置设计 Abstract In the the Zoomlion investigation analysis, each workshop is perfect at the present, but there are still some problems. All of the workshop are being unreasonable, such as the workshop operating environment, the operating specification process, etc. To solve these problems, this paper studies the IE improvement approach to improve the status of each workshop. By careful analysis of the original data collected, the workshop formulates targeted measures. IE improvement approach is fully applied to the improvement in the movement of the workshop. The article first analyzed the present situation of each workshop during the research of IE improvement in the workshop, according to the analysis of original data, IE improvement approach was applied to formulating targeted improvement measures, Which applied improvement methods include: 5S management, operations analysis, systematic layout planning (SLP) method, and so on.
