基于提高企业核心竞争力的人力资源管理研究
摘 要:由于人是一个特殊的单位或群体,它具备思想和主观能动性,所以人的行为和性格以及其他因素很值得人们去探究,企业中人也是最难把握的。企业和企业管理人员为了可以使得企业有一个良好的发展,在研究和实施人力资源管理中的各项内容的工作显得也十分重要。
随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善,我国许多企业越来越认识到市场竞争的激烈和增强企业竞争力的紧迫感。在我国企业全面参与经济全球化,溶入国际经济体系的背景下,加之入世后我国企业在人力资源管理方面的机遇与挑战企业竞争的关键是人才的竞争,能否管好人、用好人是企业成败的重要因素。因此,人力资源管理已成为我们现代企业管理中非常重要的一环。
Abstract:As people is a special units or groups, it has ideas and subjective initiative, so peoples behavior and personality and other factors quite worthy to explore, human in the enterprise are the most difficult to grasp. And enterprises and enterprise management personnel in order to make it possible for enterprises with a good development, so in the study and implementation of human resources management of the various elements of the work is also very important.
As the socialist market economic system gradually established and perfected, many of our enterprises become increasingly aware of the fierce competition in the market and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises of urgency. In Chinas enterprises to fully participate in economic globalization and integration into the international economic system as the background, Moreover, after China jioned in the WTO, Chinese enterprises in the area of human resources management opportunities and challenges. The key of enterprise competition is talent competition, good people management and using right people is an important factor for the enterprises. Therefore, human resources management has become our modern enterprise management of a very important part.
This paper is studying the human resources based on the human resources of Zhejiang’s small and medium production enterprises and also based on of the human resources of these enterprises and the actual situation of the small production enterprises and growth-oriented enterprises.
