北京信息科技大学 毕业设计 题 目： IVECO 45.10轻型客车的驱动桥设计 学 院： 机电工程学院 专 业： 车辆工程 学生姓名： 叶尔木拉提 班级/学号 2009010237 指导老师/督导老师： 林慕义 起止时间： 2013年 2 月 至 2013 年 6 月 摘 要 驱动桥做为汽车四大总成其一，它的性能之好坏直接影响整个汽车性能，而对于客车、载重汽车、货车就显得尤为重要。当采用大功率发动机输出较大转矩以满足目前各种客车、载重汽车与货车的快速、不同载重的高效率、高效益的需要时 ，就必须要匹配一个安全可靠和高性能的驱动桥。本文对轻型客车驱动桥进行的设计参照了传统的驱动桥设计方法。文章首先通过查找主要部件的型式与参数，确定主要部件的结构和设计参数；之后参考类似驱动桥的结构，从而确定出总体设计方案；最后对主、从动锥齿轮 、差速器圆锥行星齿轮、半轴齿轮、全浮式半轴和整体式桥壳进行强度校核，还要对支承轴承进行寿命校核。 关键词：轻型客车；驱动桥；主减速器；差速器；车轮传动装置；驱动桥壳； Abstract Drive bridge as the one of four auto assembly ,Its performance directly affects the performance of the whole vehicle ,for passenger cars、trucks is particularly important .When the engine power output larger torque In order to meet the current needs of various passenger car, truck the fast,high efficiency of different load , high efficiency needs,It must match a safe and reliable and high performance driving axle .The design of the bus driver bridge was referring to the drive axle of the traditional design method .This article first through the type and parameters of main components of search ,the structure and design parameters of the main components . After the reference to the similar driving axle structure, so as to determine the overall design scheme .Finally, check the strength of the main, driven bevel gear, differential planetary gear cone, a half axle gear, full floating axle and axle housing ,also check the bearing’s working life .
