For instance, we have joint operation management team to monitor, provide guidelines, support and control not only one plant performance in administration operation but also all other plants with that regard. The team, through periodical scrutiny and comparisons, is able to concur in the best practice that leads to best performance in that area and drive to its popularization and standardization among other plants. An example of this is SZP HYP sharing operators during manufacturing peaks. In the situation where the peak for one plant is a relative valley of the other, it is necessary for resources re-allocation. VF just did that and did it very successfully.
