This customizable template model allows for different report and analysis to be created for different users. The Operations Manager needs immediate visibility into the process performance to understand the operational aspects of how work is performed, are deadlines are risk, do tasks need to be re-prioritized. The Business Manager needs to understand the process performance in the context of the business – how is the process impacting business performance, what business centric trends are emerging (e.g. a new buying pattern for a new promotion), what changes (if any) are required. The Business Analyst need to understand how effective and efficient the business processes are and how they can be optimized. All of these 3 different users need reports (to understand what is happening) and analysis (to understand why it is happening) so that they can take the correct and timely optimizations.
