· 36 中华烧伤杂志2014年 2月第 3O卷第 1期 ChinJBurns，February2014，Vo1．30，No．1 Correspondingauthor：QiuLin，Email：qiulinll8@126．com，Tel A【bstract】 objective Toanalyzethechangesinbodygrowth，learningandmemorycapabilities， exercisecapacity，andthelevelofgrowthhormone(GH)inmicesufferingfromsevereburn． Methods OnehundredandfourhealthyBALB／cmiceagedrfom 3 to4weeksweredivided intonormalcontrolgroup (NC，withouttreatment)，7sburngroup (inflictedwith20％TBSA deeppartial—thicknessburnonthe back)，10sburngroup(inflictedwith20％TBSAfull—thicknessburnontheback)，andnegativecontrol group (simulatingthetreatmentoftwoburngroupswithoutinjury)accordingtotherandomnumbertable， with26miceineachgroup．Thebodyweight，bodylength，and taillengthof8 micein eachgroupwere measuredbeforeburn．Respectively6miceoftwoburngroupsweresacrificedonpostburnday(PBD)1， 3，and7fordeterminationofserum levelofGH withenzyme—linked immunosorbentassaykit．Theremaining 8mice in each ofthetwoburn groupswereraised toadulthood．Thebodyweight，body length，and tail lengthweremeasured on PBD 62，and the increasedpercentagesofbodyweight，body length，and tail lengthwerecalculated．Morriswatermazetests，includingescapelatencyonPBD66，67，and68，frequen一 。y ofsteppingovertheplatform location andproportion ofstaying time in thetargetquadrantonPBD 69， wereusedtoexaminethelearningandmemorycapabilities．Thetimeofloaded swimmingandthetimeof pole—climbingonPBD 70wereused toassesstheexercisecapacity．Above—mentionedindexeswerealso de— termined inthetwocontrolgroupsatthesametimepoints．Datawereprocessedwithone—wayanalysisofva— riance；W elchtestwasappliedwhenequalvariancewasnotassumed；independentsamplesttestwasapplied forpairedcomparison． Results (1)ThelevelofGHofmicein7sburngrouponPBD1[(3021± 506)pg／mL]waslowerthanthatofgroupNC [(3728±412)pg／mL，t=2．656，P0．05]，whileon PBD3and7[(3098-4503)，(3199±275)pg／mL]theywereclosetothoseofgroupNC [(3872± 785)，(3301±600)pg／mL，withtvaluesrespectively2．03
