Longbrooke Homeowner’s Association Annual Meeting  Minutes – Grindstone Elementary School  March 1, 2015     Meeting began at approximately 1:27pm.  Bob Colvin, President, welcomed everyone to the meeting.  Unfortunately,  there was not a quorum in attendance in person or by proxy of members, therefore, no business requiring a motion  could be conducted.  This meeting would be strictly for informational purposes, announcements and answering of  questions.  It was announced that a 2nd meeting of the homeowners association would be called for later in the year to  review and possibly vote on the revision to our deed restrictions, articles of incorporation and Code of Regulations and  act on any motions at that time.  Bob Colvin, introduced the Board of Trustees and our guest speaker, Mr. Jim Maxwell, councilman ward 3.  Jim Maxwell  Jim gave an update on Wyleswood Drive repairs.  The project is finally finished which was overdue and over budget.   Restoration work will begin in the spring.  He stated that you can now park on the street and signs have been removed.  Jim gave an overview of some of things that will be happening this year in the city   Barrett Road water project is in the final phase   Fair St between West and French will be repaired   The West Center Bridge St will be a total replacement with construction beginning in 2016   The list of streets for the 2015 Road program has not been finalized yet   Power line inspections will begin to take place.  Helicopters will be flying around in the next couple of  weeks.   Code Red is no longer available, the new system is Ready‐Notify.  The city switched to this system in  order to join the county along with saving $17,000.  The cont
