Abstract In the Hydrometallurgical process，the resin ion exchange method is used to extract uranium, they are completed in a series connection blocks of the adsorption tower. One of the important factors that affect the efficiency of uranium production. is the difference of the resin level height among each towers, Adjusting the resin level height of each tower to the same has great significance for the full utilization of production equipment . This paper takes the automation control process of uranium hydrometallurgy as the background. It takes the resin level height in six towers as controlled object, uses the implementation of control strategies to resin emissions. This paper combines with mathematical modeling techniques, communication and detection technology. Researches and designs the multi-objective automatic balance system in the hydrometallurgical process. This paper mainly includes the following aspects: Firstly, Modeling and solving. Taking the resin level height in six towers as controlled object, using material balance principle to establish the mathematical model, The objective function of the model is that under the level height of six towers tend to balanced final, the resin emissions of each tower as large as possible. The constraints of model is the tank’s volume limit. Then analyzing the model by the basic decision-making theories of Voting Analytic Hierarchy Process(VAHP). The resin emissions of the first tower should be solved at first , then the resin emissions of other tower’ can be calculated. Programming the mathematic model by Matlab, the analyzing results show that material level tend to balance quickly with the model constructed in this paper. Secondly, Design of the hardware. The IPC of Advantech’s is used as a host computer and Siemens S7-300 PLC is selected as the cor
