毕业设计 (2014届) 捷成综合楼结构设计 学生姓名 马佳杰 学 号 院 系 土木工程学院 专 业 土木工程 指导教师 梁超锋 完成日期 2014-5-18 捷成综合楼结构设计 摘 要 本工程为山东省烟台市拟建的一多层综合楼。四层高度为15.45m。总建筑面积为3072m2，抗震设防烈度为7度。 本工程结构体系采用框架结构。首先完成结构布置，构件截面尺寸估算，竖向重力荷载汇集，并确定计算简图；然后进行PKPM电算，经PMCAD建模、设置参数、TAT计算，最终获得柱、梁和板的施工图。以PKPM软件获得的恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载以及地震荷载分别作用下结构的弯矩图、剪力图和轴力图为基础，进行内力组合获得最不利内力。进一步考虑框架结构延性设计的“强柱弱梁、强剪弱弯、强节点弱构件”的内力调整，计算梁、柱截面配筋。 最终，形成了捷成综合楼结构设计计算书一份，结构施工图12张。 关键词STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF JIECHENG COMPLEX BUILDING ABSTRACT The project is a proposed multi-storey office building at Yantai City, Shandong Province. The building’s elevation is 15.45m. Total building’s area is 3072m2. The building’s seismic fortification intensity is seven degree. Structural system of the project is framework. First of all, I completed the structural arrangement and estimated component section size. Also I calculated vertical gravity loads. Secondly, I obtained the working drawings of the columns, beams and plates by PMCAD modeling, and TAT computing. At the same time, I got the structure’s bending moment, shear force and axial force under gravity load, live load, wind load and seismic load by PKPM computing. Thirdly, the most unfavorable internal forces were found through combination of internal forces. What’s more, I considered the framework’s ductility design, which is to adjust the internal forces by weakening beam and strengthening column, weakening bending and strengthening shear and nodes. Finally, Calculation of reinforcement was carried out for beam and column cross-section. Last but not least, one calculation and twelve structural drawings on structural design of jiecheng complex building were obtained.
