分类号070401 编号201455502133 烟 台 大 学 毕 业 论 文 水产动物微生态制剂的应用进展 The application progress on microecological preparation in aquatic animals 申请学位： 理学学士 院 系： 生命科学学院 专 业： 生物科学 学生姓名： 孟银龙 学 号： 201055502133 指导老师： 陈营 2014年6月6日 烟台大学  水产动物微生态制剂的应用进展 申请人： 孟银龙 导 师: 陈营 2014年6月6日 烟台大学 摘 要 随着人类对水产动物生态养殖的消费需求逐年增高，微生态制剂的地位也显得越来越重要。益生菌在提高人类和动物营养和预防疾病的作用已被证实。微生态制剂的使用作为抗菌药物及饵料添加剂的代替品，逐步成为水产动物养殖预防疾病、促进生长的一条可持续发展道路。 本文介绍了微生态制剂定义的形成和发展历程，阐释了微生态制剂的作用机制，综述了历来世界范围内不同微生态制剂在水产动物中研究的状况及应用进展。从促进水产养殖动物有益生长、提高免疫能力及改善水体环境等板块概括了微生态制剂中重要益生菌、益生元及合生素等在水产养殖中的应用。同时对微生态制剂的使用方法及在生产与使用中出现的问题进行了分析，最后提出了作者本人的看法和展望。 关键词：水产养殖；微生态制剂；益生菌；益生元；合生素 Probiotics the progress of the application of aquatic animals Abstract With the increasing demand for the sustainable development of aquaculture, the application of probiotics is becoming more and more widely. The role of probiotics in improving human or animal nutrition and disease prevention aspect has been confirmed. The application of probiotics as an alternative to antibiotics and feed additives is gradually becoming a sustainable development road of aquaculture animal disease prevention and the growth promoting. This paper briefly describes the formation and development of the concept of probiotics, and elaborates mechanism of action of probiotics, and reviews the recent research and application situation of various probiotics used in aquaculture at home and abroad. And it summarizes the application in aquaculture of the main probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics etc. in microecological preparation. Meanwhile the author discussed the problems existing in the production and application of probiotics, and finally put forward the author’s own views and outlook.
