焦炉烘炉监控系统设计 摘 要 焦炭是冶金、机械、化工行业的主要原料和燃料，同时我国也是目前世界上最大的焦炭生产和出口国。为了节省煤炭的使用量焦炉的质量起着很重要的作用，而烘炉是焦炉生产过程中的重要工序，所以烘炉质量的好坏对焦炉的寿命有着重要的作用。焦炉是热工炉窑中最为复杂的热工设备，具有大时滞、大惯性、强非线性、多因素藕合、变参数等特点。 通过对传统焦炉烘炉过程的分析，可以知道传统的焦炉烘炉存在很多弊端，导致焦炉烘炉的质量不能保证，以至于大大影响的焦炉的使用寿命，为此，本系统在传统控制过程的基础上加进了新的元素。首先，在炉室内的各个测温点改用热电偶做为测温工具，能够更加精确的对室内的温度进行检测。本系统采用了串级控制，效果会更好，使用了JX-300XP控制系统，对DCS进行了整体设计、组态设计、网络设计和外配设计，通过Advantrolpro2.65组态软件完成了对系统的I/O组态、控制方案组态，以及其监控画面，此外，给出了系统的配置图和网络传输图，最后，设计了系统的接地图和系统供电图。 本设计方案适应了焦炉加热自动控制技术的发展趋势，使本次焦炉计算机控制系统改造整体上达到了一个较高的水平 关键词:焦炉烘炉;JX-300XP;组态；温度控制 Coke oven temperature control system design Abstract Coke, metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, the main raw material and fuel , while our country is currently the worlds largest producer and exporter of coke .
