天津职业技术师范大学 Tianjin University of Technology and Education 毕 业 设 计 专 业：应用电子技术教育 班级学号： 0814-17 学生姓名： 张凌云 指导教师： 刘新月 讲师 二○一三 年 六 月  天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业设计 太阳能热水器控制器 Heater controller of solar water 专业班级：应电0814班 学生姓名：张凌云 指导教师：刘新月 讲师 系 别：电子工程学院 2013年6月 摘 要 太阳能是取之不尽，用之不竭的新能源。随着世界上煤、油、气的储量日益减少，能源危机也越来越严重。环境污染给人类带来了很大的麻烦，人们已经认识到开发利用太阳能的重要性。在太阳能利用技术中，太阳能热水器是比较成熟、造价比较低廉的产品，它为人们提供安全可靠的热水。目前，市场上的太阳能热水器品牌相当繁多，他们各有各的优缺点，这就使得太阳能热水器的开发创新仍然会持续下去。 太阳能热水器控制器是太阳能热水器的核心。技术的进步与创新让热水器的控制系统的功能更加强大。本次设计选用AT89S52单片机对控制系统进行数据处理；通过设置不同的按键控制不同的功能；选用DS18B20数字温度传感器实现对温度的采集；选用超声波测距模块实现对水位的检测；本次设计通过按键实现上水与排水；通过5V蜂鸣器实现过水位与过温度的报警；通过LCD12864液晶显示实现对相关数据的显示功能。 关键词： 太阳能热水器控制器；AT89S52单片机；LCD显示 ABSTRACT Solar energy is inexhaustible new energy. As the coal, oil, gas in the world of reserves dwindling, the energy crisis has become increasingly serious. Environmental pollution brought to mankind a lot of trouble; people have realized the importance of development and utilization of solar energy. Utilization of solar energy technology，solar water heater is a relatively mature relatively technology low cost products, which provide people with safe and reliable hot water. Currently, the market for solar water heater brand quite numerous. They each have their own advantages and disadvantages, which make the development of innovative solar water heaters will still continue. Solar water heater controller is the core of solar water heater .Advances in technology and innovation to the water heater control system more powerful. The design of the control system used AT89S52 microcontroller for data processing; by setting different buttons control different functions; optional digital temperature sensor DS18B20 realize the temperature of the collection; optional ultrasonic ranging module to achieve the level of detection.
