三 江 学 院 本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 千灯镇安居小区一期10#楼施工图预算的编制 土木工程 院（系） 土木工程 专业 学生姓名 学号 指导教师许长青 徐建明 职称 讲师 高级工程师 指导教师工作单位 起讫日期 2012年12月10日～2013年3月29日 摘 要 本次毕业设计是我们在学校学习实践的最后一个环节，是各个教学环节的继续、深化和扩展，是锻炼学生分析问题，解决问题，综合能力提高的重要阶段，此次毕业设计的主要任务是千灯镇安居小区一期10#楼施工图预算的编制及造价控制。 本设计为十九层高层底层带架空层的住宅楼，建筑高度53.45m，建筑防火分类二类，耐火等级一级，抗震设防烈度7度，设计使用年限50年，结构类型剪力墙结构，地上住宅建筑面积为6278.64m2,总建筑面积为7079m2。抗震设防烈度与结构形式：抗震设防烈度七度，结构形式为剪力墙结构。 按照毕业设计任务书要求，我运用所学专业知识，独立完成资料的收集整理，工程量的计算，定额和清单的套项，掌握了施工图预算书的内容和编制过程以及造价控制的方法,文章最后还针对本工程进行了造价分析。 关键词：施工图预算；清单计价；预算定额；造价控制 ABSTRACT This graduation design is the last we learn in school practice link, is the continuation of each teaching link, deepening and expansion, is training students to analyze problems, solve the problem, the important stage of the comprehensive ability to improve the graduation design is the main task of the kunshan qiandeng town house 10 # building construction drawing budget preparation and budget control.
