And corporate social responsibility attracts more and more concern of Chinese government, enterprises and the media. Private enterprises should undertake corresponding social responsibilities in the implementation of sustainable development strategy, otherwise they will not be satisfying. A number of issues exist in enterprises undertaking social responsibility, such as unguaranteed labor rights, weak resources or environmental awareness and other issues. Therefore, it is very necessary for private enterprises to build and keep the cooperation-relationship with government, media and independent social responsibility rating agencies. Besides, the establishment and improvement of the corporate social responsibility evaluation system is also veryimportant . Applying ecological theory to analyze problems is beneficial to find solutions to this problem in a new angle. Keywords: Private Enterprises; Corporate Social Responsibility; Ecology; Sustainable Development Strategy 江苏省民营企业承担社会责任中的问题及对策 * 孙嘉，蔡榕，孟庆军 河海大学商学院，江苏省南京市211100 摘要： 民营企业是推动江苏省经济发展的重要力量。企业社会责任已是中国政府、企业与舆论越来越关心的问题。民营 企业在实施可持续发展战略中，应该包括承担相应社会责任的内容，否则企业将难以有发展前途。民营企业在承担社会 责任中存在着劳工权益得不到保证、资源和环保意识不强等问题。民营企业与政府、新闻媒体和独立性的社会责任评价 机构发展互利合作关系，及建立与完善企业社会责任评价指标体系就非常必要。应用生态学理论分析问题，有利于从新 的角度发现解决问题的对策。 关键词：民营企业；企业社会责任；生态学；可持续发展战略
