毕业设计（论文） 论文题目: 生物医学图像的去噪方法及其应用研究 学生姓名： ***** 学 号：110921023 专 业： 生物医学工程 方 向： 医学仪器 指导教师： 2015年 4 月 20 日  生物医学图像去噪的研究及应用 学生姓名：崔枝君 指导老师：邢国泉 湖北科技学院 生物医学工程 摘要： 在现代信息化的社会里，医学影像图像处理技术在在临床医学应用中所起的作用越来越大。然而生物医学图像信号在产生、传输过程中都可能会受到噪声的污染，这将对图像的后续处理和研究造成严重阻碍，在数字图像处理领域，为了获取高质量的数字图像图像的滤波去噪一直是最重要、最基本的研究课题之一。抽像的讲，图像去噪可以看作对降质图像矩阵寻求逆变换的过程。 所以，消除在医学图像图像采集和传输过程中而产生的噪声，保证图像受污染度最小，成了医学图像处理领域里的重要部分。 本文主要从两个方面着手，一是分析医学仪器中产生图像噪声的原因，尽量避免这些因素，并了解如今医学仪器去噪新的技术应用。二是从医学图像去噪方面对医学图像去噪，观察其效果。主要研究分析邻域平均法、中值滤波法、维纳滤波法及小波变换法的图像去噪算法。首先介绍图像处理的基础理论；其次详细阐述了四种去噪算法原理及特点；最后运用Matlab软件分别对一张含噪CT图片进行仿真去噪，比较各种去噪方法的优缺点。 关键字：医学图像，MATLAB，去噪，高斯噪声，CT图像,小波变换。 The Research and application of biological medical image denoising Name:Zhi-Jun Cui Instructor:Guo-Quan Xing School of Biomedical Engineering, Hubei University of Science and Technology Abstract: In the information society, it is more and more important of the imaging techniques for medical image in clinical medicine .Biomedical image signal generation as well as the transfer process can be affected by noise in the area of digital image processing, this will bring a serious obstacle to the treatment and research of the image. Image de-noising has been one of the most important and basic research topics . Abstractly speaking, image noise reduction can be seen as seeking inverse matrix transformations of degraded images. So, eliminating the medical image noise that come from image acquisition and transmission and guarantee the image by the minimum pollution becomes an important part of medical image processing field. This article mainly discusses from two aspects: the first causes of image noise in medical instruments were analysed, try to avoid these factors, and understand that latest medical instrument denoising new technology application, the second is made the image denoising from the aspect of medical image denoising and observe its result.
