在语义 Web 中，本体发挥着重要的作用。但由于各领域都有自己相应的构建本体
标准，本体的建立缺乏统一的标准规范，使得众多本体间存在着系统异构、结构异构、
语义异构等问题。本体映射技术对于解决上述问题具有重要作用。
本文在计算概念相似度时考虑概念的语义相似度以及概念的各种元素，即分别从概
念名称、概念实例、概念属性以及概念结构等层面进行计算，并分别给出相应的计算方
法，随后根据相似度值对概念进行筛选。
在此基础上对两个鸟类领域本体进行映射，并由信息检索领域的查全率、查准率对
映射结果进行统计分析。实验结果表明，该方法能够实现在本体间进行有效地映射。

Abstract
Ontology plays an important roll in semantic Web. However, each field has its own
ontology standards, and the establishment of ontology does not have a unified standard, which
causes problems of heterogeneous systems, structure heterogeneous, semantic heterogeneous
and so on. Mapping between ontologies plays an important role in solving problems
mentioned above and the integration of ontology.
In this paper, the semantic similarity of concept and various elements of concept that
includes name, instance, attribute and structure are considered to get the comprehensive
similarity of concept. Then the pair of concept can be selected by comprehensive similarity.
Two domain ontologies of birds are used to carry on mapping based on the research
above. Then the precision, recall have been used to analyze the mapping results. The results
show that the approaches can realize mapping between different ontologies effectively.
