Clause 从句,子句 Definition:a clause is a group of words which contains a subject and a predicate and forms part of a compound or complex sentence. A sentence has one or more main clauses A main clause has a finite verb. A subordinate clause can be non-finite. A main clause has a finite verb. A subordinate clause can be non-finite. Two main clauses linked together are co-ordinate clauses. A subordinate clause doesnt express a complete thought and cannot stand alone.  名词性从句 在复合句中起名词作用的从句叫名词性从句 Object Clauses 宾语从句 由连接代词what, whom, whose, which, what及连接;副词 when, where, how, why引导的宾语从句 1.
