摘 要 摘 要 1927 年到 1949 年是我国中学教育发展的一个重要时期。在短短的 22 年的时间里， 国民政府通过一系列教育法令、法规的颁布和实施，使中学教育趋于法制化、规范化和 制度化，奠定了我国现代中学教育的基础。国民政府在继续调整和完善正规化中学教育 的同时，不断对中学教育进行频繁的修订和调整，并结合中国的教育实际，对中学教育 进行了大胆的改革和试验，实现了我国中学教育的中国化。 本论文即以这段历史时期中学教育的发展为主线，在全面搜集资料和理论分析的基 础上，对中学教育的发展进行了系统地分析、梳理和总结，对其发展的历史轨迹作了纵 向的描述，并对每一时期的中学教育政策、中学学制、课程、师资、经费等作了重点介 绍，对每个时期中学教育发展的利弊得失都作了归纳和总结，以期对这个时期的中学教 育有更深刻和全面地认识。 关键词： 国民政府 ； 中学教育； 中国化 I Abstract Abstract It was an important period for the development of our secondary education from 1927 to 1949s. In the only 22 years, National Government passed and implemented a series of education laws and regulations, which enabled our secondary education tends to the laws and the regulations, the institution and the standardization ,and established the foundation of the modern middle school education of our country. At the same time, The National Government continued to adjust and consummate the standardized secondary education, and to carry on frequent revision and the adjustment unceasingly to the secondary education . combining with the education reality, carrying on the bold reform and the experiments, which made secondary education realize the Chinese characteristics .The succession and failure will hold in our mind forever. With the clue of the development of general secondary education in this period and on the basic of collecting the historical materials roundly ,this dissertation is namely to systematically hackle and summarize the development of secondary education of this period ,do the longitudinal description on its historical development path, make the key introduction to seconda
