公路工程项目质量监督管理信息 系统开发的研究 摘 要 公路工程质量监督在我国公路工程质量保证体系中发挥着重要的作用。公路 工程质量监督工作是一项管理范围广，管理时间长，管理的内容复杂的工作。需 要质量监督人员标准化、规范化、程序化、科学化对工程质量进行动态的管理。 因此开发一套与我国公路建设管理体制配套、适用性强的质量监督管理信息系统 非常有必要。 本文主要研究省、市级公路工程质量监督管理信息系统的开发问题,通过对 日常 MIS 业务流程,目前我国工程监督管理现状的系统规划与系统分析。进行了 功能模块划分和主要模块包含的内容的研究。建立了软件的构架模型，并对关键 的数据库和控件部分作了实现的示例。完整的规划出了公路工程质量监督系统的 模型和实现方法。 关键词：公路工程 质量监督 管理信息系统 工程管理 质量评定 Exploitation Research into Quality Supervision Management Information System of Highway Engineering ABSTRACT Quality Supervision of highway engineering play an important role in the guarantying system of highway engineering Quality supervision is a work with wide management scope, longtime and complicated contents .It needs quality supervision to carry on the dynamic management to engineering quality with standardization, science , proceeding .
