儿科护理教学中自动原则的应用探讨 【摘要】科技进步，人才竞争，使护理教育面临新的挑战。如何顺应时代的要求，培养出合格的护理人才是当今高等护理教育讨论的热点。本文探讨了在儿科护理本科生教学中，如何运用自动原则为指导，发挥教师的主导作用和护理本科生的主体性，结合临床见习，引导、调动护理本科学生积极性，“由做中学”，达到培养学生能力，以适应社会的需要。 【关键词】自动原则 护理本科生 儿科护理 教学 【Abstract】 With the technology improvement and talents competition, nursing education is faced new challenge.
