these23isolateswasamplifiedwith12randomprimers.Theresultsweresummarizedas
follows:
SignificantdifferencesofESTandSODzymogramsamongPsojaeandsevenother
P/rytophthoraspeciesindicatedthatESTandSODisozymezymogramswereusefuland
reliablesupplementarytoolsforidentificationofPsojae.Therewerenomarkeddifferencesof
DIAandCATzymogramsamongPsoja
