毕业论文（设计）题 目： 系部名称： 经济管理系 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 2013年月摘 要 当今社会是人力资源比较紧缺的社会，在企业中，特别是创业过程中的企业，人力资源的合理运用与分配将会给企业带来无法估量的价值，但是由于客观原因的存在，在大多数企业中人力资源问题从不同程度上制约着企业的发展与进步，如何更加合理的运用人力资源，得到越来越多人的关注；本文运用理论联系实际，对案例进行分析的研究方法，提出了人力资源问题是当今世界企业界的一个重大课题这一观点，认为人力资源问题是企业正常经营活动中的关键问题，特别对于创业过程中的企业来说更为重要，企业在运作过程中经常出现人员管理问题，给企业带来无法弥补的损失，人力资源问题不仅关系到企业自身的绩效，也关系到整个市场的有效运转。从而得出了合理运用人力资源是企业在创业过程应解决的重要问题这一结论。如何改善人力资源管理，充分发挥人力资源的使用效益，从而实现人力资源的可持续性发展，已成为每一个企业所面临的重要课题。 关键字：企业创业；人力资源；经营活动；合理分配 Enterprise entrepreneurial process of human resources issues research Abstract The human resources are under-funded in todays society. In the enterprise, especially for the enterprise doing pioneering work, the reasonable use of human resource and ?the ?assignment of ?it will brings ?inestimable value to the enterprise, but because the existence of objective reasons, in most enterprise the human resources restricts the development and progress of the enterprise. How to be more reasonable use of human resources is getting more and more peoples attention. This paper put?forward the views that the human resources issues in todays world is an important question for studying or discussion with the research method combining theory and practice and analysising the case, deeming that the human resources issues is the heart of the matter in the enterprises normal business activities, and it is more important especially for?the enterprise doing pioneering work. The enterprise often emerge the problem of personnel management, brings to irreparable losing to the enterprise. The human resources issues not only influence the enterprises own performance, but also relate to the effective operation of the whole market. It concludes that the reasonable using of human resource is an important problem for the enterprise doing pioneering work.
