毕业论文（设计）题 目： 系部名称： 经系 专业班级：学生姓学 号指导教师： 教师职称： 2013年月摘 要 在市场经济条件下，企业竞争力在很大程度上依靠技术创新来实施，但是技术创新行为由于企业内外部环境的变化，存在着巨大风险。因而，对企业技术创新进行风险分析及防范成为目前企业获取竞争优势的一个重要方面。引起技术创新风险的因素很多，而在诸多因素中，市场因素由于其在企业中的独特地位成为创新风险爆发的集中地，产品能否通过市场检验和消费者的承认,成为企业最终风险,市场风险也成为企业风险防范和管理的重中之重。 本论文以技术创新市场风险理论为基础,通过国内外资料关于技术创新市场风险，减少技术创新风险损失。Analysis and Management of Market Risk for Technology Innovation Abstract Under the market economy condition, the competitiveness of enterprises relies heavily on enterprise’s technological innovation to be implemented to a great extent． But due to enterprise’s internal and external environment change，technological innovation behavior brings great risk to enterprises．So researching the risk of enterprise technological innovation is particularly important．There are many factors which can cause the risks for innovation．Among these risks in technological innovation，market is very important for innovation risk due to the unique situation. It is crucial whether the customers accept the innovative products，so market risk becomes the most important and the biggest risk for technological innovation． The author is based on technology innovation risk management theory, Through the domestic and foreign material to market risk factors are meticulous analysis, and using statistical analysis method, the chart and the text combined analysis of method to explain the risk factors, and take the theory with practice the method makes view more persuasive. This article through to the market risk factors, the recognition and concrete analysis, put forward from different aspects of enterprise technology innovation market risk management measures and methods. So as to improve the success rate of technological innovation and to reduce the risk of loss of technique innovation purpose.
