房屋建筑工程施工安全管理方案研究 　　摘要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展，城市建设步伐不断向前推进，房屋建筑企业间的竞争不断升温。安全施工是房屋建筑工程中的重要问题之一,同时又是确保房建企业立于竞争不败之地的基础性问题。本文从当前房屋建筑工程施工现状、加强房屋建筑施工安全管理的对策以及建立健全施工安全管理机构等方面介绍了房屋建筑工程施工安全管理方案研究。 　　关键词：房屋建筑工程；安全管理；问题；措施 　　Abstract: with the rapid development of our social economy, urban construction pace forward continuously, housing construction enterprise competition, increase.
