In recent years, people have improved the quality requirements of the mixing machine.In saving energy, resources and protecting environment, it has a relatively strict standards. So the market of new and more efficient mixing equipment is tremendous. This article is to study the internal flow field by using turbulence model in FLUENT software and analyzes 25 the reason of the change in internal flow field. Through the simulation, it can really reflect the mixer internal complex flow field, and provide theoretical basis for designing and improving of mixing equipment.
