本科生毕业设计 题 目：粉料包装机结构设计 院 系： 机械工程学院 班 级： 机电08-3 姓 名： 李华东 学 号： 10 指导教师： 刘玉波 教师职称： 副教授  摘 要 粉料包装机是实现薄膜材料包装粮食等粉料产品的一种包装设备，广泛应用食品、化工等部门。随着人们对包装的需求多样化、个性化，粉料自动包装机的应用愈加普遍。目前国产的设备大多是对国外进口产品的简单仿制，因此针对粉料自动包装机关键部件给料机构、夹袋机构、输送机构的深入研究，对原理、结构、运动、功能等分析，提供结构简单可靠、操作方便、自动化程度高、用范围广的包装机是很有必要的。本设计在分析粉料自动包装机的包装工艺和使用要求的基础上，通过对关键部件的理论分析，提出一种实用、简单、可靠和通用的传动系统，将单一包装尺寸拓展为袋长和产量可调的结构形式,对关键部件提出完整的设计方法，旨在满足市场需求，推动企业创新步伐。 关键词：包装机；给料机构；夹袋机构；输送机构 Abstract Powder packing machine is the realization of thin film materials such as packaging of food products as a powder packaging equipment, which is widely used in food, chemical industry and other departments. With the demand for packaging diversification, personalization, automatic powder packaging machine are used more and more widely. Most of the current China-made equipment is the simple imitation of imported products, thus the automatic powder packaging machine key components of feeding mechanism, bag clamping mechanism, conveying mechanism of in-depth study, on principle, structure, movement, functional analysis, to provide a simple and reliable structure, convenient operation, high degree of automation, with a wide range of packaging machines is necessary.
