浅谈清单计价项目中成本控制的重要性 　　摘要：随着市场竞争的日趋激烈，施工企业的利润空间越来越小，对工程项目的成本管理就变得越来越重要，尤其是工程量清单计价项目。由于工程量清单计价工程中的工程量清单已由招标人或其委托的中介机构编制好并作为招标文件的组成部分，所有投标人依据工程量清单自主报价，投标人中标的价格一般是一个经评审的低价且工程项目的成本管理贯穿于项目施工的各个环节和各个方面，因此，项目成本管理就成为实现企业经济效益最大化的关键保证因素，是当前施工项目管理的核心内容之一。 　　但是，目前施工企业在项目成本管理中存在着很多不足，导致企业成本浪费严重，直接影响到了企业的生存和发展。因此，如何加强项目成本管理，是所有施工企业都必须重视的问题，只有增强成本意识、完善组织结构、重视基础工作、对成本实行全过程的监控并注重质量成本的管理，才能够有效控制项目成本，为企业创造更大的经济收益。 　　关键词：工程量清单；成本控制；工程项目管理 　　Abstract: with the increasingly fierce market competition, the construction enterprise profit space more and more small, the cost of the project management becomes more and more important, especially the bill of quantities valuation project. Project because the quantities bill valuation of the bill of quantities has been compiled by the tenderer or its entrusted agency and as part of the tender documents, all bidders according to the bill of quantities quotation independently, bidder bidding price is generally a through review of low prices and the cost of engineering project management throughout the each link and each aspect of project construction, therefore, project cost management becomes the key guarantee of maximizing economic benefit of enterprise, is one of the core content of the current construction project management. 　　At present in the project cost management of construction enterprise, however, there are many shortage, lead to enterprise cost waste serious, directly affects the survival and development of the enterprise. Therefore, how to strengthen the project cost management, is all construction enterprises must attach importance to the problem, only strengthen cost consciousness, perfect the organization structure, attach importance to basic work, to implement the whole process of cost control, and pay attention to the management of quality cost, can effectively control the project cost, create greater economic benefits for the enterprise. 　　Key words: bill of quantities; Cost control; Engineering project management. 　　中图分类号：F0
