Abstract
With the rapid development of national economy and the rapid population growth, more and
more trashes are pulled out. These trashes have caused many troubles such as negative effects on
environment and human health and became obstacles for cities’future development. This serious
social problem has aroused public ’s attention. As a result, how to solve this problem and improve
cities’environment and keep the sustainable development for cities is an emergency.
The present paper stands from the point of the situation of the daily trash in China and tries
to seek a proper legal solution to this issue based on the experiences from abroad and domestic in
order to perfect the system of law in China. The main body of the paper includes introduction,
four chapters and conclusion.
The first chapter discusses the condition of China’s daily trash, its harm, features and the
inner value of it. Introduces three kinds of our countrys at present commonly used garbage
processing technology, it is respectively sanitary landfill processing technology, composting
processing technology, the incineration.
The topic of the second chapter is the legal condition about dealing with daily trash in China.
From several levels, such as laws and regulations, policy, environment-protection standards and
the shortages of laws on environment are the breakthrough points of this paper.
The third chapter basically is abroad of urban living garbage pollution prevention legislation
for reference. Through the introduction of foreign related experience in China and analysis of
urban living garbage pollution prevention legislation perfect enlightenment. Among them, the
