网易公司经营战略研究讲解.doc

摘 要 本文基于广州计算机系统有限公司近年来的战略思考和实践，通过对网易在经营战略上的全面分析和国内互联网服务行业的发展状况的深入研究，结合相关的经营战略理论，论述了该公司是如何走向一个大企业的道路，并对公司提出了进一步的建议。 本文前半部分首先提出了企业的经营战略管理理论，通过对这一理论系统的分析，掌握了相关理论知识，引入了互联网企业的经营战略管理理论的观点。并通过了解互联网公司的基本情况分析了该行业在经营中面临的问题，随后研究了国内外互联网企业的发展，通过对国内外互联网企业的分析对比，更加清楚的认识到网易公司在发展中所处的环境。 本文后半部门在对网易公司进行多方面的资料研究的基础上，首先对网易公司基本情况、发展历程以及各项经济指标进行统计整理分析，分析了网易的内外部环境和竞争环境。从组织结构、投资情况、人力资源、综合排名、主要业务等方面分析了网易的内部环境，从供应商、顾客、竞争对手、潜在竞争者、替代品等方面分析了网易的竞争环境。运用SWOT分析方法分析了网易的战略发展方案。 本文的结尾提出了对于广州网易计算系统有限公司提出的一些建议，希望对网易在向一个大企业发展的道路上提供参考。 关键词：网易公司，经营战略，竞争环境，综合战略，互联网行业 Study in Guangzhou NetEase Computer System Co., Ltd.
