空调压缩机电机转子 压铸模具设计 Aircondit Ioning Compressor Motor Rotor Design of Die Casting Die 摘 要 本课题是空调压缩机电机转子压铸模具设计。在对产品的结构形状、材料、制造工艺、尺寸精度等因素进行分析，选择压铸机，确定合适的分型面，设计浇注系统、冷却系统、导向机构、推出机构、复位机构和成型零件以及选择标准模架。 采用Pro／Engineer、Auto-CAD来实现转子的三维设计及模具成型零件设计，分析制件的成型质量和完成分型面的设计，再采用EMX组件来实现模架的装配，并在产品设计及模具装配过程中，辅助以必要的理论计算，将数字化设计与理论计算结合起来，可以大大缩短产品研发周期、模具设计周期，提高产品设计及模具设计的准确性、产品成型质量，降低产品研发、模具设计成本。在设计过程中制定了合理的工艺方案，满足了大批量生产要求。 压铸模具工艺分析Pro/E Auto-CAD Abstract The subject is about the design of die-casting die for the air-condition compressor rotor. Carries on the analysis to the factors of product structure shape, material, fabrication technology, size precision and so on, chooses the die-casting machine, determines the appropriate minute profile, the design gating system, the cooling system, the guide mechanism, the ejecting mechanism, the resetting device and the formation components as well as the choice of criteria mold base.The topics from technology and product mix, the specific structure of the mold, the mold for casting systems, die forming part of the structure, the roof system, cooling system, the choice of injection molding machine and check the parameters that have detailed the design, at the same time And a simple preparation of the mold of the process. With Pro/Engineer, Auto-CAD to implement three-dimensional design and mold volume design of the rotor, and shaping quality of part was analyzed and the parting line was designed by Pro/Engineer, then utilized EMX to accomplish the assemblage of the mold with the assistance of essential theory calculate mixed with figure design. It would not only shorten the cycle of product research and mold design, and improve the preciseness and the product shaping quality, but also lower the cost of the research.
