北京昆明酒店中央空调设计 摘要： 本次毕业设计的主要内容是对北京市某酒店宾馆进行中央空调系统设计及通风设计。该建筑位于北京市，共有十一层,建筑面积为15477平米。一、二层主要是中庭、办公室和餐厅，层高为4.8米，三层以上都是客房，层高为3.4米。在技术设计上侧重于一、二、三层的中央空调系统设计及地下室的通风设计。根据房间的功能和设计要求，风系统分别采用了风机盘加新风和一次回风两种系统；水系统采用异程式系统。本次设计涉及到空调系统的划分，冷热负荷的计算，空调设备的选型，风管的水力计算及布置，房间气流组织计算，管道的消声、防震、保温设计，冷冻机房设计，水系统的划分，水管的水力计算及水管布置,水泵和通风机的选择，通风空调系统的自动控制等。 关键词：中央空调；通风设计；设备选择；水力计算；冷冻机房；自动控制  Kunming hotels, central air-conditioning design Abstract：The graduation design is the comprehensive ventilation, and central air-conditioning system design of Beijing hotel Hotels. The building is located on Beijing, and the earas is about 15,477 square meters. The building is comprised by two-story atrium, offices, restaurants and rooms. The height of the frist floor and the second floor is 4.8 meters, whears the others height is 3.4 meters. The design is focus on the central air-conditioning system design of one, two, three floor, and the ventilation of the underground. According to the function room and the design requirements, there are two preject are adopted, the fan disk pulsing new wind and returnd cycle air system. The design project of water system is different programming system. The air conditioning system, the calculation of cold and heat load, the selection of air-conditioning, duct hydraulic calculation and the layout, room air distribution, pipelines muffler resistance, thermal design, and the design of refrigerated room are thought over. The water system division, plumbing and hydraulic calculation of the layout of pipes, pumps and fan choice, ventilation and air conditioning system, and the automatic control were also designed.
