颈动脉斑块的变化情况：治疗组 36 例中有 13 例斑块变小，22 例无明显变化，1 例较 前增大；对照组 32 例中有 4 例斑块变小，20 例无明显变化，8 例较前增大。2 组比 较有显著差异（P ＜0.01 ）。⑧治疗方法与心绞痛类型的关系：治疗组不稳定型心绞 痛 28 例中显效 19 例（67.86% ），有效8 例（28.57% ），无效 1 例（3.57% ），总有 效率 96.43% ；稳定型心绞痛 8 例中显效 5 例（62.50% ），有效2 例（25.00% ），无 效 1 例（12.50%），总有效率 87.50%。对照组不稳定型心绞痛 26 例中显效 9 例 （34.62% ），有效 12 例（46.15% ），无效5 例（19.23%），总有效率80.77%；稳定 型心绞痛 6 例中显效 2 例（33.33% ），有效2 例（33.33% ），无效2 例（33.33% ）， 总有效率 66.67% 。治疗结果显示治疗组对稳定型和不稳定型心绞痛均有效果，且与 对照组比较显效率有显著性差异（P ＜0.05 ）。 结论：益气养血、破瘀消积法能有效治疗胸痹心痛，且安全无副作用。其作用机 制可能与有效调节冠状动脉舒缩功能、稳定或消除动脉粥样硬化斑块、调节血脂、改 善冠状动脉供血等综合调节作用有关。 关键词 胸痹心痛；中医药治疗；益气养血、破瘀消积 Clinical Reseach on Treating Chest Stuffiness and Pains by Applying Replenishing Qi and Blood ， Removing Blood Stasis and Eliminating Mass Speciality：Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Tutor ：Professor Guo Weixing Author ：Li Lien Abstract Object Clinical effect on treating angina pectoris by applying replenishing qi and blood ， removing blood stasis and eliminating mass would be observed ． Methods 68 patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to random number table ． Formulas with function of replenishing qi and blood ， removing blood stasis were applied in treatment group ． Aspirin and isosorbide-5-nitrate tablets were applied in control group which were basic treatment in western medicine ， 100mg per time ， one time a day and 20mg per time ， three times a day respectively ． The main symptoms ， electrocardiogram ， total effective rate and side effect of angina pectoris were evaluated 12 weeks later ． Results ① Clinical symptoms improvement : 23 patients were found taking marked effect （63.89% ）, 11 patients effective （30.56% ）and 2 ineffective （5.56% ） in treatment group
