A multi-center study on deep venous thrombosis Specialty：Peripheral Vascular Diseases, Surgery of TCM Author ：Jiang Yuanshun Tutor：Prof Chen Bainan Abstract Object: To verify the clinical efficacy and safety of Integrative Medicine of deep venous thrombosis (DVT), and to expore the law of Integrative Medicine, in order to provide the basis for clinical treatment of DVT. Method: 231 patients which receiving two different treatments of DVT, were collected by 8 different research centers within the same time, and divided into two groups, Group 1 of 160 patients, Group 2 of 71 patients. Comparing and analyzing the efficacy through the indexes (including symptom improvement, signs improvement, lower extremity venous color Doppler ultrasound, etc.) and the safety indicators (blood PT, TT, APTT, FIB determination, liver function, kidney function, etc.) of the two different treatments of DVT, in order to expore the law of Integrative Medicine, and to guide the Integrative Medicine treatment of DVT. Results: In terms of efficacy, the effective rate of disease treatment, symptom’s improvement and venous recanalization of Group 1 was 89.3750%, 98.7500% and 80.0000%; the effective rate of disease treatment, symptom’s improvement and venous recanalization of Group 2 was 76.0563%, 78.8732% and 73.2394%. In terms of safety, the rate of side effects of Group 1 was 1.8750%; the rate of side effects of Group 2 was 0.
