  The preliminary research of Integrative Medicine of preventing deep vein thrombosis occurred in elderly hip surgery patients Specialty：Orthopaedics of TCM Author ：Gong Zhen Tutor：Prof Bi Rong Xiu Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Integrative Medicine of preventing lower limbs of deep vein thrombosis occurred in elderly hip surgery patients,and to research the law of Integrative Medicine of deep vein thrombosis, in order to provide the optimization basis for clinical treatment of DVT occurred in elderly hip surgery patients.Methods ：60 patients which receiving three different schemes of preventing DVT, were collected within the same time, and divided into three groups, each group was 20 patients.  Comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the three prevention schemes, in order to investigate the law of Integrative Medicine of preventing deep vein thrombosis occurred in elderly hip surgery patients ,and to provide the optimization basis for clinical prevention of DVT.Results ：In terms of efficacy, the effective rate of Group A was 85%; Group B was 90%; Group C was 95%. Conclusions ： 1. Through the comparison of three prevention schemes that the prevention scheme of Group C is better than the others, and is worthy to further application.2.The Integrative Medicine prevention of DVT occurred in elderly hip surgery patients, has a good clinical efficacy.
