Abstract
Objective ：To observe and compare treatment of humeral intercondylar fracture with
the two parallel steel plate and Y steel plate,and conclude treatment.
Method ：collect 41 cases with humeral intercondylar fracture in the orthopaedic ward
of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine University from 2007
March to 2011 March. Two parallel steel group is 22 cases, and Y plate is 19 cases in them
who are accorded with the inclusion criteria. One year after all patients were followed up
after operation, to observe the curative effect of them with the HSS score standard of
elbow joint function evaluation.
Result ：two parallel steel plate and Y steel plate in treatment of humeral intercondylar
fractures are a significant effect, the excellent and good rate achieve respectively 81.8%
and 78.9%. Two parallel steel group with Y steel plate are compared elbow joint function
score with no significant statistical difference ( P 0.05).
