Results: The clinical observation: control group and the treatment group in sugar, step-down which has remarkable curative effect; In oral glucose-lowering aspects the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group; In step-down aspects curative treatment group and control group similar; In improving TCM clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group was better than control. . Conclusions: Nourishing Yin and suppressing yang method improves 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension of type deficiency of yin and excess of yang , in improving the blood glucose levels of TCM clinical symptoms, signs aspect have the obvious advantage.
