Distal sural nerve fascias flap in the treatment of skin and soft tissure defect clinical curative effects SPeciality：Surgery of TCM Tutor: Professor ：Li GangJiang Chunying Author ：Li HuiLiu Hongxia Abstract Objective: To the far end sural nerve fascias flap in the leg and ankle department repair skin and soft tissure defect of surgical method and clinical curative effect, follow-up flap healing with the patients body function, to further improve the clinical curative effect, provide the corresponding theory and clinical evidence Methods: 2006 to 2011 in our hospital for distal sural nerves fascia flap transfer calf and his ankle surgery to repair the skin and soft tissure defect of 32 patients, among them, 17 were male, female in 15 cases, age: 19 to 60 years old, send injury mechanism: car accident injury in 13, infection, 9 cases by heavy pressure in 6, sharp instrument injury 3 cases. Followed up for 6 ~ 12 months, their clinical curative effect for research. Results: All patients were wound healing, 27 cases of skin flap survival completely, 4 cases of skin flap distal necrosis, but subcutaneous all have granulation growth, 3 patients with healing after changeover, and 1 case of the thick skin graft healing; 1 cases of skin flap necrosis completely.The leg wound into skin flap with success. Follow-up time at least 6 months above, walk patients with normal gait, no flap necrosis, no burst, flap wear-resisting. Conclusion: Distal sural nerve fascias flap in the repair skin and soft tissure defect of calf ankle with good clinical effect, worth in the clinical treatment of the promotion.
