The Research on the Effect of Xiao-Yao-Shu-Kun Decoction on the Blood Rheology of Pelvic Congestion Syndrome Specialty：Gynecology of TCM Tutor ：Pro. Liu Jinxing Author ： Xu Dingjie Abstract Objective ：To investigate the clinical effect and security of Xiao-Yao-Shu-Kun Decoction on the blood rheology of Pelvic Congestion Syndrome with qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods ：We selected 60 patients with PCS and devided them randomly into treated group(30 cases,treated with Xiao-Yao-Shu-Kun Decoction) and controled group(30 cases,treated with Xuefuzhuyu Capsule).Callback was done after one period of treatment which lasted for 4 weeks. After treatment the improvements of clinical symptoms and the changes in the blood Rheology were observed and compared. Results ：The total effective rate is 90.00%in the treated group, while it is 60.00% in the control group, there is significant difference between them (P ﹤0.05).By means of improving symptoms, the curative rate in the treated group is 93.33% and 66.67% in the control group, Analyzed with statistic method, they are significantly different(P ﹤0.05). The treated group excelled the control group in improving the blood rheology, in addition Pelvic blood speed of the both groups showed by the color Doppler flow imaging had improved after treatment(P ﹤0.05).Harmful reaction was not found during the course of clinical application. Conclusions：Xiao-Yao-Shu-Kun Decoction is an effective recipe in treating Pelvic Congestion Syndrome. The effect may be achieved by improving the blood rheology .
