The Clinical Study on Treating Chronic Stable Angina Pectoris for the Aged with Jinlingyiqihuoxue Decoction Specialty：Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：Tian Xiurong Tutor ：Prof. Wang Jingcun Abstract Objective ：To study the meaning of Tonifiying qi,Soothing the liver and Invigorate the circulation of blood in the remedy of Chronic Stable Angina for the aged , and observe the clinical effect of Jinlingyiqihuoxue decoction on it. Methods ：62 aged patients of chronic stable angina of Liver-qi infirmity and Blood stasis were divided randomly into two groups．32 cases treated with Jinlingyiqihuoxue decoction and Isosorbide Dinitrate were taken as treatment group，and the other 30 cases treated with Isosorbide Dinitrate were taken as control group ．The changes of clinical symptoms and index in all patients were observed before and after treatment ． Results ：After four weeks’ treatment, in the treatment group the total effective rate of meliorating symptoms(87.50%) were significantly better than those of the control group. And the treatment group was superior or similar to that of control group in regulating the blood-lipoid , improving vascular endothelial function , and promoting blood rheology etc. Conclusion ： This study enriches the theory of TCM treating Chronic Stable Angina for the aged and it is indicated that Jinlingyiqihuoxue decoction has obvious effect and less side effect.
