Methods: Under the guidance of the the theory of Jiaji Points, Adopted by random and antithetical method,We divided 100 cases into two groups randomly,the therapy group( releasing jiaji points by acupotomy) and the control group(acupuncture jiaji points ),The contrast between the two groups in pain intensity and JOA score differences before and after treatment,the scientific evaluation of the clinical effect of the experimental group. Results: This study included 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation case. ①in the VAS score,the PPI score aspects of the two groups after treatment and before treatment was significantly relieve pain;in the therapy group after treatment compared with control ratings,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),suggesting that needle knife folder ridge points to better pain relief. ②According to the transcript of the JOA lumbar disorders treatment and rate of improvement results,the therapy group and the control group scores,the difference was ststistically significant
