Clinical study of QiZhuYunPiTang in Treating Functional Constipation with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome Specialty :TCM internal Medicine Author: Guo Liang Tutor: Director of Physicians Liu Dong Mei Abstract Objective: To assess the efficacy and mechanism of QiZhuYunPiTang in the treatment of FC with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: 60 patients were devided randomly into two groups.30 patinets were received QiZhuYunPiTang as the study group,and 30 patinets were received WeiChangFuYuanGao capsules as the control group. After 4 weeks treatment,the changes of clinic symptom were analyzed. Results: In the efficacy of TCM，the treatment group was better than control group (p0.05). After one course of treatment,significant difference was apparent in the clinical effects:In the treatment group，15 cases recovered and 10 cases significantly improved，(thus the effectual rate is 83.33%),3 cases improved. The total effective rate in the treatment group is 93.33%. In the control group ，9 cases recovered and 8 cases significantly improved，(thus the effectual rate is 56.67%),4 cases improved.The total effective rate in the control group is 70.00%.There was statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and control guoup(P0.05).The effective rate from 芪术运脾汤对气虚血瘀型功能性便秘的临床研究 the treatment group is clearly superior. In the improvement of TCM symptoms total score, the treatment group was better than control group (p0.05).
