Modern Literature Study of Combined Therapy with Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine to the Anovulatory Infertility Speciality: Gynecology of TCM Author : Wang Liping Tutor: Prof. Wang Dongmei Abstract Objective: Through the statistics and analysis of TCM literature in the past 20 years, this paper summarizes the pathogenesis, therapy and basic prescription of acupoints to the anovulatory infertility. Methods: With Selecting TCM literature in 1993~2012 of combined therapy with acupuncture and Chinese medicine to the anovulatory infertility from Wanfang Data, CNKI and VIP Data, this paper analyzes the pathogenesis and therapy of the anovulatory infertility, categorizing TCM by function, we do statistics of frequency and rate, while we obtain the basic TCM prescription according to the statistical principle of prescription analysis. Results: In the pathogenesis analysis, the frequency of kidney deficiency accounts for 34.74%, while blood stasis of kidney deficiency is 16.84%, in the high-frequency TCM, the accumulated frequency of medicine that surpass 50% is Angelica sinensis, dodder, Radix Rehmanniae proparate, Radix Paeoniae alba, Rhizoma Cyperi and Fructus Lycii, in the high-frequency acupoints, the accumulated frequency of meridians that surpass 50% are Guanyuan, Sanyijiao and Zhongji. Conclusion : The main pathogenesis to the anovulatory infertility is kidney deficiency and blood stasis of kidney deficiency, and we suggest kidney tonifying and blood circulation is the main therapy, the basic prescription of combined therapy with acupuncture and Chinese medicine to the anovulatory infertility is Angelica sinensis, dodder, Radix Rehmanniae proparate,
