Method: choose 67 cases of patients with coronary heart disease with depression, divided into the experimental group and control group.The control group is limited to western medicine routine treatment.The treatment group adds with acupuncture to points of governor vessel,meridian of hand and foot jueyin,heart meridian of hand shaoyin,with jieyuxingqi,huoxue zhitong,yangxin anshen.choose th e acupuncture points such as xinshu, neiguan, jueyinshu, danzhong, xingjian, qimen, xuehai, geshu, sanyinjiao, keep the needles for 20 min once a day.Treatment group and control group are in six weeks for a period of treatment,four treatment later,then end the treatment.Watch the diffences bettwen two groups in general data,related risk factors (blood fat and blood sugar,Hcy,Hs-CRP), depression rating,angina pectoris integral, TCM symptoms and so on. Results: through the two groups of statistical analysis,conclude statistically significant differences(P 0.01)bettwen the treatment group and control group in lipid levels (TC, TG, LDL-c), Hcy, Hs-CRP, depression rating statistically significant (P 0.05), especially in TG, LDL-c.
